An oversized boxy tee constructed from an antique (c. 1940s) cotton mudcloth blanket. The unique yarn-dyed nature of the cloth allows for complex, uneven fade patterns throughout the garment. The age of the textile is shown through the natural stains, tears, and weathering collected over time.

Constructed from a hand-drafted pattern, this piece features a non-ribbed boat neckline, drop-shoulder, left chest pocket, and extra wide hemming throughout. The wide cut of the shirt combined with the drape of the textile allows for an extra flowy, billowy fit. The lightweight cotton material drapes away from the body to keep cool during warmer weather. Signs of aging throughout includes staining and small tears/holes which have been treated to prevent further fraying.
